Sure, there are tons of good dentists in Charlotte, but none put the "love" in their work quite like Dr. Hines and is team! After several years of not seeing a dentist, I came in and they did a partial cleaning (yes, that's how long it's been) and when I walked out of there I felt like I had a brand new shiny set of teeth installed...and that was just a partial cleaning. The hygienist who was doing the deep cleaning told me what a good job I was doing, well, it wasn't me that did a good job it was her. She talked to me the entire time, very knowledgeable and gave me several good tips on keeping a clean and healthy mouth. Not only did she do an amazing job with the partial cleaning she was very sensitive to my squirms and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. And that is what I meant by putting "love" in what they do. After my cleaning, I had a few questions for the receptionist about insurance. Not only did she help me with codes to ask about she was very patient and knowledgeable. There was another lady who offered her help as well. I look forward to bringing my family of five to Hines Dentistry. The entire staff at Hines Dentistry is AMAZING and I can't believe I'm about to say this, but I can't wait to go back to the dentist. Thank you for everything so far Hines Dentistry.
