Regrettably, after a decade of utilizing their services, I had to discontinue my longstanding association with Dr. Hines. While they consistently honored my insurance coverage, I unexpectedly received a bill after a routine cleaning procedure. Given that my insurance plan invariably covers such cleanings, I am compelled to seek an alternative healthcare provider who accepts insurance for NC State employees and is receptive to working with educators. The ease with which our professional relationship was dissolved was disappointing.

Recently moved to area so new patient. Easy in, easy out. Excellent experience, even though I had postponed a cleaning for a year due to Covid. Solid procedures, Cleaning hygienist was an absolute pro. Dr. Hines found Some root abscess I didn’t know about, definitely needs to be treated. Don’t skip your cleanings! 1/21-still outstanding. 4/15/24. As good as ever
